Fantastic private villa, heated pool, near beach

It is a privately owned, three bedroomed, detached villa with heated pool just 800 metres from the beach at Moliets Plage in South West France. It is the ideal holiday house for couples and families and suits those who simply want to relax by the pool or on the beach, or for those who prefer to be more active - surfers, golfers and cyclists are well catered for in the area. It makes a great base for those who want to explore the area, with the Pyrenees, northern Spain (San Sebastian, Pamplona and Bilbao), Biarritz, Bayonne and Bordeaux all possible as day trips. 'Flip Flop' is ideally located for the beach - it is less than ten minutes by foot, even with small children! - and with the golf course, shops and restaurants within 500 metres, it is an easy walk to all facilities. Nestled among the pines in a quiet residential area, yet in the heart of the village, the villa stands in a fenced garden of just over 600 m2. There are three bedrooms, one with a large double bed (160cm x 200cm), one with a standard double bed (140cm x 190cm) and the third with one single bed and bunk beds (all three are 90cm x 190cm). All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes with a hanging rail and shelving. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, wash basin and WC. Additional separate WC. The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, electric oven, and place settings for 12 people. The kitchen leads onto an open plan dining and living area with an extendable dining table and 6 chairs. The living area has two leather sofas, a coffee table, TV unit with stereo, DVD player, television (French satellite channels) and SONOS system. Large sliding glass doors open onto the covered terrace. Other facilities include a barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer and clothes line. The house is well equipped for small children, with two high chairs, a baby bath, and one travel cot. There are also plastic plates, bowls and cups, toys, books and games. Outside, the 8 x 4 metre heated swimming pool (built June 2013) is surrounded by decking with plenty of space for sunbathing. There is a heated outdoor shower so you can wash the sand off before jumping in the pool. The covered terrace is an ideal location for the garden dining table and chairs in the heat of the summer. There is a selection of deck chairs and folding sun loungers. NB The swimming pool is heated during the summer months (from May to September, or longer if the weather is good). Please note that if the air temperature is low we cannot guarantee the water temperature! The house is ideal for families or two couples. Maximum four adults. No large groups of adults allowed. Check in and check out on Saturdays. Minimum stay 7 nights. ** From the beginning of November until Easter, the swimming pool will be closed. ** ** From 2019 guests will also have to pay the local taxe de séjour of €1.87 per adult per night. **
