Modern small house with outdoors, small pool and a 15 minute ride to the beaches. Recently renovated, a sliding door from the kitchen to the outdoor to take full advantage of the country's beautiful weather. Located near walking and bike paths of the Serra da Arrabida. Out of the ordinary. A very quiet place to use as a base to relax away from Lisbon but still a 30 minute ride to go back to the city. A 10 minute walk to Azeitão with all that it has to offer as restaurants ans points of interest. The outdoor has a small pool (not a jacuzzi) which makes it handy to cool down on a hot summer day. The outdoor area communicates directly with the kitchen and living room through sliding doors on one side and three doors on the other. You are at home and outside at the same time, perfect for BBQing and be "outside" at the same time. The living room has a big sofa, TV, and internet. The shower room breaths with a roof window and plenty of lights coming in. The main bedroom has a king size double bed (1.80m large) and plenty of space. The mezzanine, above the main bedroom, is accessed with the stairs seen in the pictures. It is an open space with two single beds. You have access to the whole of the property. You will have access to the house with a code and keys. We are available throughout your stay. The beaches are 15 minutes away by car or free bus. The Serra da Arrabida is nearby for walks and bike rides. Azeitão is 10 minutes away walking.
