I Pianazzi, Zocca (Modena)

The altitude of 800 meters offers an ideal climate for relaxing stays, surrounded by meadows and woods as far as the eye can see, making up the I Pianazzi estate. Within the estate, there are possibilities for mountain-bike tours and trekking, during which it is easy to meet pheasants, roe deer, fallow deer, deer. In the autumn period there are numerous species of valuable mushrooms and berries. Nearby, possibility of visiting an artisan cheese factory of Parmesan cheese, several wineries, and other companies producing local gastronomic excellence. The communal swimming pool and tennis courts are 4 km away from the house. Modena, Bologna, Florence, Venice are all easily reachable destinations in the day, as well as the most renowned seaside resorts of the Romagna coast, such as Rimini, Riccione, Milano Marittima.
