Blue Sky&Sea Villa - 1min walk to beach
Blue Sky&sea Villa - New Listing 1min Walk To Beach
220 sq. m. house (2400 sq. ft.) with island style architecture, inside a 4000 sq. m. yard (1 acre) with a 10x6m pool. One minute walk to the beach. Within 25-35km distance to Poseidon Temple, Acropolis, Airport, Port of Pireas. 5 bedrooms, 3 baths, 2 kitchens, 3 verandas. The house has a greek-island style architecture. The yard is very large (4000 sq. m.) and it is full of "custom" features including a tree house for kids, a "secret" bar for adults overlooking the sea, a greek-village traditional oven, and other unique features designed and build in a personal "do-it-yourself" way rather than in an impersonal "general contractor/resort" way. The beach is within 1 min walk without the need to cross the road as there is a pedestrian underpass right behind the house. I have three kids so there are plenty of board games, books, balls, bikes, skateboards, etc. that your kids can use. There is also a playstation 3 game console connected to a flat screen TV in the upstairs living room. You may have noticed a projector and a screen in the downstairs living room, please note that the projector is not working (but it will be fixed). There are plenty of wonderful beaches along the coast between Athens and Sounio, ranking from upscale organized beaches, to charming family-style beaches with a lot of locals, to island-style, small and less-crowded ones. Many of these beaches are within 10 min drive from the house. There are plenty of top places to eat as well, ranging from Greek-Souvlaki places to fish taverns right on the coast to more alternative cousin to upscale restaurants. Many of these places are within 10 min drive from the house. Tell me what you like and I will send you to the right place. There are also top nightlife places, ranging from beach bars to upscale clubs, most of them right on the beach/sea. Again, happy to offer suggestions. Sight-seeing wise, visiting the temple of Poseidon at the cape of Sounio, as well as venturing to Athens for Acropolis and the myriad other sight-seeings deserves a serious consideration. There is a bus taking you all the way to the center of Athens going north, and to the cape of Sounio going south, but I would recommend renting a car to fully explore the area.
