Our apartment is a comfortable, modern, clean and convenient space to spend your trip to Quincy and the Boston area. The entire space was remolded and furnished in 2019 and includes hard wood floors, three memory foam queen beds, a large 55" TV with cable, Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime & Disney+, a second TV in one of the bedrooms, a couple of comfortable sofas with coffee table, dining table and chairs, a desk for work, luggage racks, walk-in closet, iron/ironing board, shared laundry room, patio with dining table, and back yard. The Kitchen has everything you need with plenty of counter/cabinet space, sink, refrigerator, gas range/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, knifes and cutting board, glasses, flat-wear and utensils. We have it stocked with coffee, tea, food and snacks. The bathroom, like everything else, is brand new and spacious with large vanity, commode, and stocked with plenty of towels, toiletries, hair drier, iron and ironing board. The unit has it's own heat and thermostat as well as window AC units in each bedroom. It's a nice quiet neighborhood, did I mention it's just a few houses from the beach :), with both on and off-street parking. You are walking distance to many restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, bars, and other amenities. Wollaston is a nice, quiet and very safe neighborhood. It is made up mainly of small to medium homes with the beach, business, and restaurants in walking distance. The beach is 150 yards away and only a 1-2 minute walk, there is a a great corner market only a few blocks away and many more conveniences can be found with a 10-15 minute walk or short drive. There is also a nearby park and playground.
