It is a modern house in Muro, located in a beautiful Mallorcan town just 10 minutes by car from the best beaches in the north of Mallorca, Playa de Muro, Can Picafort. The house is perfectly equipped and furnished with everything you need for a pleasant vacation, spacious rooms, WiFi, air conditioning and a private pool. It has capacity for 8 people. It has 4 bedrooms with air conditioning, 3 full bathrooms and a toilet, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 2 terraces, a spacious living room with TV and another living room Outside we have a solarium terrace with a rest area, sun loungers, garden furniture and a private pool. Distribution: The house is spread over 3 floors, on the lower floor we find a large fully equipped kitchen with a large window that gives access to the pool, this is the perfect area to enjoy a family meal next to the terrace, it also has a toilet and parking. On the main floor we have a large living room, kitchen and a huge window with access to the covered terrace, we will also find a double bedroom and a full bathroom. On the upper floor we have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, one of them en suite, a bright living room and a large terrace. Comfort and services: Air Conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, Satellite TV, Barbecue, Heating, High Chair, Dishwasher, Fridge / Freezer, Iron, Microwave, Toaster, Kettle, Washing Machine, Hair Dryer, Fully equipped with sheets and towels Note 1.
