Private Hot Tub and communal pools

The Villa is situated in the Playa Flamenca area just south of Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca. Close to beaches, restaurants, bars and supermarkets the area has everything for a relaxing holiday. The Villa is situated on a well kept complex with a mixture of full time residents and holiday homes. The pools are for residents only and are secure. We are ideal for family holidays and although a car is not essential we would recommend hiring one to take full advantage of the region. Sueno Villa is situated on a quiet, gated residential complex with two large communal swimming pools (with baby areas) to choose from. These are for residents use only. They have large areas surrounding the pools for sunbathing and even in the height of summer are not overcrowded. ACCOMMODATION The accommodation is all on the ground floor. We have a glazed Dining area to the front with dining for four. Two Bedrooms one double and a twin, a fully fitted Kitchen and a Bathroom with a bath and shower over. Stairs lead up from the front to the roof solarium with further dining for 6, a BBQ for entertaining and The Hot Tub, fantastic with a glass of Sangria after a hard day at the beach ! We have also provided sunloungers to catch all of that Spanish sun ! One of the two pools on the complex can be viewed from this terrace so partners/children can be seen and heard if needed ! The nearest bars and restaurants are a 5/6 minute stroll and offer choices from native Spanish to German, Chinese, Indian, Italian and of course English. This area of Punta Prima also provides Supermarkets, Banks and Chemists. A longer walk of some 30 minutes will reach the Zenia Boulevard complex ( although only minutes by car ) This is the largest shopping complex in the Alicante province with 150 shops and restaurants. Three Blue Flag sandy beaches are within walking distance, - Punta Prima (the nearest is approx 25 minute walk but literally 6/7 minutes by car) Cala Mosca and La Zenia are a little further. All have bars right on the beach. You can hire sunbeds and there is plenty of space for ball games. La Zenia is particularly good for watersports hire. The resort is just 35km south of Alicante airport or 25 km from the smaller San Javier airport at Murcia. The easy access to the large nearby town of Torrevieja and its wide range of facilities and attractions make this a popular year round destination. We provide all linen and towels (not beach) needed for your stay. Airconditioning in the Lounge and both Bedrooms. (operated by a coin meter) Complimentary WiFi. As we operate touristic accommodation we are required by Spanish law to supply the Guardia Civil with the personal data of each of our paying holiday rental guests over the age of 16 years within 24 hours after their arrival. To this end we will send you a link after booking confirmation to Check In Scan which allows a quick scan of ID documentation and guest signature. We will also forward access to our Guidebook for Sueno Villa which gives you more useful information about the house and the local area. Four are provided on the terrace although not all shown in the pictures. Can we walk to bars and restaurants? 2 minutes will find the Luna Italian just outside the complex, 5/10 minutes away are Paulaner German Restaurant and Arrocería El Sarmiento Restaurant while crossing the N332 via the pedestrian bridge will find many bars and restaurants of all Nationalities approx 15 minutes walk. How far is Zenia Boulevard? 6 minutes by car or 29 minutes walking. How far is The Playa Flamenca Commercial Centre? 3 minutes by car or 16 minutes walking. How far is the Playa Flamenca Saturday market? 4 minutes by car or 21 minutes walking. How far is the nearest beach? Punta Prima is 7 minutes by car or a 22 minutes walk. Taxi? Plentiful, bookable by phone and approx 8 Euro to Zenia Boulevard. Airports? Murcia is closest at 30 minutes away. Alicante a little further at 45 minutes. Transfers available if required. Cleaning fee / Damage deposit? We have now included the cleaning fee in the quote so you will pay it in advance of your stay. You will be met when you arrive property given keys and shown around. We hope guests treat our house with respect and therefore do not ask for a damage deposit. Airconditioning? Three units. One in each bedroom and one in the Lounge. Operated independently via a coin meter which takes one and two Euro coins. Charged at the same rate we pay the provider it was installed to encourage sensible use. On average most guests use 6/8 Euro in a week. Checking and Departure? We ask that check in is after 3pm and departure by 10am. We do however try to be flexible on timings when possible. Is the Hot Tub private? Yes, for your use only. Drained, sanitized and filled for your arrival.
