The space The building is very calm and quiet, and neighbours are very sensitive. Therefore loud activities such as partying is prohibited. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment, but allowed in the corridor. The apartment (with: bedrooms and unique mezzanine gallery, modern bathroom with large shower, well equipped kitchen combined with dining-and living room area, air-condition, wall and floor heating, blackout shutters on each windows, flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi connection, towels and bed linen, hairdryer, steel grids on the door and-windows, smoke detectors) has been renovated to a high standard with unique, handmade furnitures. Ideal for families with kids or group of 6 person. Its location makes the ideal combination for sightseeing and comfort breaks, for bussines trips or for stopovers equally suitable. The apartment is located in a traditional historical building, only 8 minutes from the Hungarian Parliament, 5 minutes from St. Stephen's Basilica or Andrássy Street, 5 minutes from Deák Ferenc tér metro and airport shuttle bus station, but also close to the Danube and to the famous entertaining area, the Király Street. The flat is on the 1st floor (= US 2nd floor) with elevator and overlooks the inner courtyard. Therefore there are no noise coming from the street. The apartment has two bedrooms and unique mezzanine gallery, a modern bathroom with a large shower, a well equipped kitchen, a dining-living room area with a sofa. It retains the original 19th Century architectural features such as the 4 meter high ceiling and huge windows. It has a flat-screen TV with international channels, Wi-Fi connection, wall and floor heating and with air-condition as well . HOUSE RULES Our guests have access to the whole apartment and to all listed facilities, but permitted number of guests staying in the apartment cannot exceed the booking. Basically we make as many BEDS as many persons you made the reservation for, furthermore we make 2 BEDS PER BEDROOM, basically TWO SEPARATE BEDS for every two persons. ONE BED for one person. If this doesn’t suitable for you or you have any other special request (like an extra bedlining), let us know at least two days before your arrival day. If you request EXTRA BEDLINING we charge you 3000 HUF+VAT+Airbnb fee/ set. Basically IS NOT IRON or BABY BED in the apartment (for safety reasons), we just bring it there, if you had requested a week before your arrival. Please note, there are other people living in the building as residents, mainly families and older generation. We would kindly ask you to avoid any loud activities (i.e. listening loud music, partying, shouting, tramping…) during your stay in order to maintain a good relationship with our neighbors. Loud noise can result police authority procedure. In case of serious incidents, we will suspend your reservation and will ask you to leave the apartment immediately. During your stay, any accident occurs at your own risk. - Smoking is prohibited in the apartment! Smoking is allowed only on the corridor. - Please leave the apartment in the same condition as when you checked in. - For our guests and our property safety, the building has outside an operating camera. -Pets are not allowed.
