This second floor room is bright and airy. It has a comfy chair, closet and bureau. There is a ceiling fan for use in the warmer months. Their is an adjacent sitting room for your enjoyment. It is very conveniently located to mall and in-town shopping, restaurants and assorted activities. There is a wonderful rail trail close by for your walking enjoyment. Concord Coach is two miles away with hourly trips to Boston Routes 495, 95 and 93 are all easy access. Salem has tax free shopping and access to pretty much anything you could desire The coastline is a 30 minute drive Mountains 90 mins and Boston a 40 min drive approximately I have a small calico cat named Freaka. She is a indoor/outdoor cat and I have never had anyone complain of allergies We heat primarily with a wood furnace.
