The cabin is locataed 36 miles from Baxter State Park, 2 miles from Penobscot River Trails, 10 miles from the Katahdin Woods & Waters National Monument's Swift Brook Rd. entrance, 1 hour drive to Canada and 2 hour drive to Bar Harbor, ME. There is an outdoor fire pit, a covered picnic table with a gas barbeque grill for guests to enjoy.
