A true wildneress escape with all the amenities and comforts of home. 360 views of San Sophia Mountain range (back of Sneffels), Hastings Mesa, Wilson Mesa, Wilson Mountain Range, San Miguel Canyon and La Salle Mountains (Utah) A traditional log ranch home offering a perfect space for large family gathering or multiple couples. Furnishings and kitchen are all high end and traditional. Range oven and appliances are all new. Kitchen and amenities are fully stocked for those who want to cook or host. Lots of common space for big gatherings, with many bedding options for the larger groups. Bed breakdown: master bedroom (king), bedroom 2 (queen) bedroom 3 (queen and twin bunk), loft (queen stowaway mattress and queen futon). Two pack and play cots available for kids; also a small stowaway toddler mattress. The house is off grid and fully automatic (solar, battery and a backup automatic generator). High speed broadband (25mbs) with good 4G LTE service available. 35 minutes to Telluride - a short drive up San Miguel Canyon; 45 minutes to Ouray; beautiful hikes and mountain biking are only a step away. Available anytime by phone (i will provide a local number and my mobile for any concerns or questions). A high degree of privacy yet great access (summer and winter) to local towns and outdoor activities. No public transport is available. 35 to 40 min door to lift (parking at Heritage lot or at the bottom of Lift 7). Stocked pantry for baking and ancilliary cooking supplies, we only ask you try and replace what you use. Crockpot, microwave, express machine, etc..... High speed broadband and 4G LTE service. A fantastic place to work and 'not work'. Office cubby for those needing a desk.
