NEED OTHER DATES? WE CAN FLEX! Charming 1910 2-story primo home in quiet Filer's tree-divided street near city swimming pool & park, fairgrounds, grocery & liquor, Subway, Pizza, gas. Enclosed front porch, backyard w basketball hoop, covered back porch w/ grill, swing & fire pit, hot tub. Central A/C & heat. Use whole house, upstairs full bath and 3 upstairs rooms that sleep 8+toddler. Main floor bedroom unavailable. Large couch and 2 available air mattresses. TV w/ streaming. Our place is cozy with original hard wood floors, stained glass windows, and enclosed front porch. Enjoy the covered back porch w patio table and gas grill and relax in the hot tub out back as well. The living room is complete with a huge sectional and DishTV with gobbs of channels, Hulu, Prime, Netflix and others. The vintage decor is quite unique which flows throughout the home. Twin falls is just 7 miles away with many sites and great dining. Enjoy the Snake River Canyon complete with Kayak rentals. Filer has a quaint but complete grocery store with Subway and Pizza Hut just a few blocks away from our home. The whole house is available (upstairs 3 bedrooms and bathroom, downstairs entry-room, living room, kitchen, and dining areas, covered front porch) with the exception of the master bedroom and bathroom downstairs. The outdoor space is available (back porch, basketball court, swings, firepit, hot tub and yard), and the outbuildings are not for use.î We typically are out of town when we list our personal home as available for airbnb but we will have a way for you to contact us or another person available if anything is needed. The street we live on has a tree lined median that creates a lovely atmosphere, feels spacious but private. All of the city and school parades come right down our street, we never miss them and cheer as the candy flies through the air. It is a charming little town we enjoy! We will have wood available for you for the fire pit, and directions. We have a garden and grapevine in the back that you are free to pick from if things are ripe and ready. There is parking available in the front of our house gravel area, and on the strip driveway on the north of the house. Please honor our cat children as they will be new to this arrangement, but will likely be content in or around their Cat Clubhouse in the back/sideyard. Their cat door access to the house itself will be open and u can close it if you want.
