Kitchen comes with cutlery, place settings, coffee pot (with coffee) popcorn maker (with tub of popcorn), microwave, full fridge, oven, a various assortment of pots and pans for all your cooking and baking needs. Out back are benches that fold down into a picnic table, and third bench and a fire pit and small wood pile. Additionally we have a gas grill and propane (while the tank lasts) for your cook out needs. Water access outside to wash off gear and equipment. Wadder rack for our fisherman that stands up next to the front porch for easy hanging and drying access. Good neighborhood and motion sensing security lighting make for a quiet and worry free place to park boats, side by sides,etc. Big yard with more than enough room to park vehicles and trailers. There are board games, decks of cards, fishing literature, and two TVs that get a medley of over the air stations, and a collection of DVDs to spend your evenings relaxing and unwinding from your days adventures. We are located in a great quiet neighborhood, 4 blocks away from downtown Baldwin, which houses many quality home town places to dine. With more residing a short drive away. We are less than a quarter mile away from off-road/snowmobile/hiking/biking trails. Only a few miles from dozens of public boat launches, river access, lakes and thousands of acres of public land, most being managed by the Huron-Manistee National Forest World class fishing for trout all year, salmon in the fall and steelhead (fall and spring) on the famous Pere Marquette River, with local fly shops supporting all your gear and information needs. Plentiful opportunities to rent canoes and tubes from local businesses to enjoy the river for non fishers. Baldwin and the surrounding area are an up and coming hidden gem of the north country with many local attractions and landmarks for those who elect not to participate in outdoor activities for the day, along with many festivities occurring in town many weeks out of the year. Take a trip into town the see the ferry, lighthouses, and go the the beach, a way perfect for families and non fishing companions to enjoy the day.
