Such a magical place of sunlight with a Creekside setting to enjoy the outdoor living. Meander down a paved driveway to your own private stone home, located within walking distance to Amador City, just minutes from the Shenandoah Valley wine region and Sutter Creek along historic Highway 49, California's Gold Country. Amador City is California's smallest incorporated city, with a population of just under 200 residents. The interior of the home is appointed with stunning lighting throughout to enhance the stone walls. Relax around the courtyard with a peaceful unobstructed view of the CREEK. The casual sophistication of this handsome site pays homage to the art of leisure with classic charm. Sit back and enjoy a glass of wine in front of the fireplace. Exquisitely renovated with attention to every detail throughout this very unique retreat. The inviting upstairs bedroom overlooks the lower level. Incredible wood flooring and stairs. Chance of a life time to stay in this retreat! Guests will have access to the entire property including the creek. Ample parking for 2-3 vehicles. I’m always available 24/7 and have a property manager in town. Such a magical place of sunlight with a Creekside setting to enjoy the outdoor living. Meander down a paved driveway to your own private stone home, located within walking distance to Amador City, just minutes from the Shenandoah Valley wine region and Sutter Creek along historic Highway 49, in California's Gold Country. One of California's smallest incorporated cities, with a population of just under 200 residents Country is located in the beautiful Sierra Nevada Foothills. We call it “The Heart of the Mother Lode” because of the gold rush that made this area famous in the 1800’s. Amador County has been the home to superior Zinfandel Wine for over a century. Zinfandel came to Amador County in the wagons of Italian immigrants during the California Gold Rush. Walk to town, 2 miles to Sutter Creek and 5 miles to Jackson for provisions. Maps can be found at the property and everywhere around town. Take as many pictures as you like of this 1800’s structure. Originally built as the City Ice House it was refurbished from the ground up in its original style including the iron clad solid wood doors and windows. Be sure to see the original pictures in the photo binder at the property.
