The newly remodeled kitchen has a full refrigerator, 6 burner Viking gas stove top, double ovens, drink refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher and plenty of dishes. Five of the six bedrooms feature waterfront views and plenty of closet space. Full laundry room off the kitchen and garage area. The fully finished walk out lower level offers 3 of the 6 bedrooms, a full bathroom, spacious living area, and partial kitchen. Activities include swimming right off the private dock(no diving) in the calm no wake zone lake area, two kayaks with paddles (life jackets included), lily pad for relaxing in the water, corn hole, ping pong, and fire pit. Large upper and lower level covered patio as well as large dock area for additional lounging and enjoying the view and sunshine. We are not wheel chair accessible. Guests have self check in with keypad access to (Entire Home) 6 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, upper deck, lower level covered patio, large dock on the water, gas grill, fire pit. Enjoy your getaway and the space. We are available by text if you are to have any issues. The Lake! Some of the many local interests include the Bad Apple Pub, the Howard Hilton, Apple Valley Golf Club, Amish country, and local farmers markets. Lovely Mt. Vernon, Kenyon College and Mount Vernon Nazarene University close by as well! If your a bike trail enthusiast the Ohio to Erie bike trail goes right through Mt. Vernon and Howard Ohio! Enjoy a canoeing adventure down the Mohican which is also nearby! Full length driveway that can hold about 8 cars.
