Cute 2 bedroom with Full size bunk beds in each bedroom. The couch also pulls out for a Queen bed. Each bedroom has it's own private entrance to the Full Bathroom. HUGE wrap around deck with great views! Outdoor Propane Grill. The deck also leads down to the beach and dock. Great neighbors! Wifi also available! If interested in the pontoon in the picture, it is available for rent. Highly recommended if you want to hang out at the sand bar! Come join us on the lake! Wiggins lake is a great fishing, boating and power sports lake. Wonderful neighbors, fun atmosphere, sand bar and islands as well as close by state land and orv trails to enjoy! Guests are welcome to use the entire property except the garage and the pontoon boat on the lift. Please respect these two pieces of privacy. Failure to do so will terminate your stay and revoke your deposit....and nobody wants that 😀 We also vacation on the Lake. We may be there the same time as you so if you have any questions we are just a call or text away Golf cart if you have one! Public transportation is almost non existent. The lake is 4 miles from town but there is a corner store with Grocery, Gas and bait less than a mile away. There is also a public launch for the lake less than a mile away 40 Minutes to Soaring Eagle Casino 40 Minutes to Central Michigan 35 Minutes to Houghton Lake
