Private room, 35 mins drive to Boston 1st Floor

Your room is a cozy private bedroom in a large house built in the 1890s. You will be sharing the living room, kitchen and 2.5 restrooms with 3 other guests. Coin operated Washer and Dryer in the basement. $2.5 for washer and $2 for dryer. We live about 45 minutes away and we are mostly available for check-in, and to resolve concerns. During the winter months, we request that the guests clean up around their cars and walkways. The walkways to the front and back doors are very short (a few feet). We do not provide snow removal service to manage costs for such a small job.
