Guest Suite/Private Entrance/On the Hill

Private entrance from outside to the suite. The suite includes 1.5 bathroom / WIFI TV / tiny kitchen with microwave, small refrigeration, coffee pot, dishware's /queen-bed/towels/sheets /blanks. The house is on the top of the hill but close to highways. about 40 minuets to PHL center city; 30 minuets to airport; 10 plus minuets to KOP Mall/Valley Forge National Park/Wayne downtown /Norristown /Villanova University. The house sits on a big land with a beautiful landscaping and a big parking lot. The guest's parking place shows on the picture. The unit is in the east side of the main house, it next to the bamboo. The Japanese garden with a tea house surrounded by the bamboo and the Koi fish pond. No pet in the house. Since my husband has asthma, he is allergic to all kinds of animal hair. This is the reason we do not accept the guest with the service dog. I apologize for it in advance. There is a half foot stair toward bathroom and small kitchen, the suite may not fit the handicap guests. There is no stove in the small kitchen, it is not able to cook the raw food. The guest is able to access yard, deck and the Japanese garden . Access the deck needs to go through the main house. We like people and always ready to help others if they need. The house located in one of the best location of the area Own transportation is needed by the guests since the house is on the hill. The public bus and train station are 15 minutes walking distance. The suite is part of the main house. There is a door leading to the hallway of the main house. The bath towels are in the drawers,
