I bought a fixer-upper to share with you. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5 minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee shop, grocery store, art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend. Great for the business traveler for Alcona county.
