Adorable two bedroom house in amazing central location. Near Main Street, the Kansas State Fairgrounds and not far from Hutchinson Community College. Within walking distance of several local restaurants. This home is a perfect place to come to take a break and hear yourself think again. There is a quiet, secluded backyard and plenty of space inside to study or write. We welcome everyone! You have access to the entire house and fenced in backyard. Parking is available in the driveway. We are always available by message/text and live nearby so will usually be available to stop by if needed. House is one block from the Kansas Star Fairgrounds. Also close to Hutchinson Community College. Central location for restaurants and downtown shopping. You’ll want your own vehicle when traveling in Hutchinson. The bus route does go near the house (on Main). There are a couple of step to get into the home and the hallway to the bedrooms and bathrooms is a bit tight. This listing may not be a good fit for guests needing an accessible home. Bedroom 1 has a queen sized bed and bedroom 2 has a twin bed with a trundle and a queen sized mattress located in the rooms closet.
