FarmPond Inn is a breathtaking and relaxing 1 bedroom retreat, overlooking a private pond. Nestled on 9 acres, FarmPond Inn is a place you will want to visit again and again. Along with access to a wonderful bike trail, you are blocks away from Nevada's historic and charming downtown district. Cuddle up with a book, go for a canoe ride or simply soak in the view on the deck. When you're at FarmPond Inn, you're enjoying life's simple pleasures! Farmpond inn is a 1500sf apartment overlooking our pond. While we live on the property this is not attached to our home and is a wonderful quiet getaway with many amenities such as: bath towels, toiletries, cooking and kitchen service items, coffee maker, high quality bedding Guests are welcome to venture down to the boathouse and enjoy an evening on the deck. Light up the outdoor fireplace or grill a steak on the gas grill. An evening stroll around the pond or to the creek are always a good option too. We are as available as you need us to be. We can always be reached by call or text if you don't see us on the property! We have the best of both worlds here. We are a private acreage in a small town. We are minutes from the grocery store yet when we are home feel like we are miles from civilization. This is our dream home and we are so thrilled to share it! It's a small town so bikes or cars work great for in town and Ames is a short drive away. Note that the kitchen does not have an oven or dishwasher
