Victorian home in the Village of Wellsville, NY. Private setting. Walking distance from everything going on in the summer! Large rooms available. Large bedroom with a lot of space. Rec room across the hall with reclining couch and tv for video games or roku or dvds. Bedroom, rec room, kitchen, living room, bathroom, dining room, washer and dryer in the basement. I have had some fun times with guests and others I've never even met. It's a fairly quiet little town. Good neighbourhood. 3 minute walk from downtown. There isn't Uber, I don't think. There might be one or two guys that run taxi services. Most of what you'd need is within walking distance.
