The listed nightly fee INCLUDES Inyo county's 12% transient occupancy tax. If you don't normally see the night sky, you're in for a treat! Typically clear nights to marvel at the cosmos. House appliances are all new including the cooler and on-demand water heater. There is open space across the street with views of the Sierra and White mountain ranges. You have the entire house with a small side and front yard. If you need any cooking items not stocked in the house, let us know and we'll share what we have. We live next door and will be available to assist you with any questions or concerns. However, if I'm at work I'm available by text or phone. We like to hike on weekends but we'll make sure you're comfortable with the house before we leave. The neighborhood is safe and rural. We are three miles from "downtown" Bishop. Both bedrooms have queen size beds, closets, and dressers.
