Charming....three bedrooms, two bath vineyard cottage has everything you need to make your wine country vacation comfortable and memorable. Enjoy your days basking in the sun, and your nights on the patio stargazing. Expect a warm welcome. Located minutes from wineries, museums, and other famous Northern California attractions. Guests will have access to the whole house which includes the kitchen and all its amenities. Large kitchen, with working appliances. As well as some storage, for the overpackers. Enjoy a nice quiet picnic, bbq, or glass of wine amongst the vineyards. We live near the property and can be available for questions. We respect the privacy of our guest and only will have minimal contact unless otherwise requested. Our cottage is a few miles south of the City of Ten Thousand Buddha’s, multiple wineries, tasting rooms and local Wedding Venues. All of this while being a short distance to beautiful downtown Ukiah. This cottage is situated on a vineyard/ walnut grove estate. You can expect the normal county sounds of birds, frogs, animals and the occasional machinery that run in the vineyards, during certain times of the year. There’s a slight chance you might encounter small little critters like, bunnies, fox, raccoon or possum. Due to the draught we’ve experienced small animals looking for water but mostly nighttime.
