This spacious room features a king size bed, a second twin bed and a full private bathroom inside the room. A mere 2 blocks from the beach, this space is private, spacious and charming. Beds can also be arranged as 3 twin beds with space to spare. Come visit us for a perfect vacation, located between from the beach and the Long Island Railroad. Everything is walking distance - beach, boardwalk, bars & food. We provide everything you need: beach passes and chairs, breakfast and free wifi. A true vacation away from home, come enjoy large, spacious, charming rooms in a perfect location 2 blocks from the beach and 2 blocks from the Long Island Railroad. This room includes a full private bathroom (in the room), can fit 3 people and has available closet space. Playpens are also available. Free wifi throughout house, TV available in select rooms. Location has convenient walking access to beach, surfing, boardwalk, bars, groceries, restaurants and public transportation from all 5 boroughs. Parking is available on site. We are unavailable to respond to inquiries from sundown Friday evening to stars out Saturday night. Aside from your private room, there are many large public areas that we welcome you to enjoy, such as the magnificent living room. The hosts are friendly and non-obtrusive. Interaction will be limited but the hosts are happy to answer all questions and provide all necessary accommodations in advance or while you present. Easy access to the Long Island Rail Road and all 5 boroughs of New York. Walking distance to all necessary amenities including the beach. Parking is available on site. Includes free beach passes, towels, chairs, toys and umbrellas. We also provide a free continental breakfast, fresh shampoos/conditioners and toothpastes. We have an outdoor patio space with plenty of chairs and even a fire pit. We want our guests to feel at home so we try to ensure all amenities are available.
