The Sweet Home in Glens Falls

Quiet neighborhood and a couple blocks walk into downtown Glens Falls, with 2 theaters, the Ice hockey stadium, history museum, many restaurants, live music and art galleries. centrally located between Saratoga and Lake George On a quiet street with off street parking , you would never know you are so close to restaurants, shops and museums. Close to the 87 highway and easy access to Saratoga and Lake George, both 15 minutes away. Newly renovated two bedroom house on gorgeous large lot in quiet safe neighborhood and 10 minute walking distance to downtown Glens Falls. The house was built during the Civil War and has a nice front porch, a beautiful yard abutting a park so it feels like you are in the country although you just a few minutes from thriving downtown Glens Falls where you will find restaurants, shopping and more. The kitchen has new appliances and stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. There is a newly renovated bathroom on the first floor. The living room is furnished with sofa, Oriental rug, a smart TV, and the electric fireplace. The two bedrooms which are on the second floor are charming with sloped walls but have fairly low (6’3”) ceilings so as long as you’re not really tall, you’ll feel cozy. Master bedroom has king size bed plus futon couch/bed, and the other bedroom has two double bed. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor, parking for one car and shed for bicycle storage. On the weekends I stay about 50 minutes north with my mother to be closer to my job. I'm availed through the Airbnb messaging to help. A nice quiet neighborhood near schools. The property is across the way from a family park. The surrounding are has many sidewalks, bus line and Uber/Lyft in the area. The property also has on site parking.
