This lovely, fully furnished loft is downtown Richland Center. The perfect place for a professional to live when in southwest Wisconsin on a 1-12 month business assignment. It's furnishings include a quiet patio outback with an outdoor dining area, queen sized bed in bedroom, plenty of closet space, fully functioning kitchen, washer/dryer, clean, updated, and just a short walk to the espresso shop, Occooch Books & libations, as well as other shopping and restaurants. This loft has a private patio. The 1-bedroom 1-bath loft offers big windows with natural light, tile kitchen & bath, spacious rooms, full kitchen, and free parking within 1 block. It's just 2 blocks from downtown Richland Center where you will find coffee shops, American & Mexican restaurants, and various shopping. All nestled in the Ocooch Mountain range. The loft has it’s own entrance with a lockbox for easy check in. We live next door and have an office space in the lower part of the loft. We are very accessible. Richland Center is in the middle of the Ocooch Mountain range. We are a 1 hour commute from LaCrosse and Madison. It's a very friendly, picturesque community amidst the rolling hills and woods. There are a couple taxi services in town. Otherwise it is best to have your own car or walk. We recommend running the fan at night when you sleep for white noice to block out downtown noise.
