Beautiful Victorian home offers a ground floor apartment for rent with private entrance through garden gate. Reliable public transportation 3 blocks away to NYC Port Authority Bus Terminal in aproximately 20 minutes. Spacious bedroom, queen size bed and portable bed for medium size adult. Comfy sofa bed in living room and second queen size bed in open space room. Kitchenette with microwave, fridge, tea kettle and coffee maker. High end bathroom with shower jets and amenities. Guests will love staying in this spacious and artfully decorated apartment. You’ll have the entire apartment to yourself, you’re not sharing with any other guests but those in your party. We can host up to six guests (7 if it’s a child). The apartment is designed as a one bedroom but it has a separate living room plus another open room by the entrance that could be used as a third sleeping area. If you can advise on your preferred sleeping arrangement, we can set up the additional beds at your convenience. For example, couples with a young child can have the portable bed set up in the bedroom or the living room. If there are 4 or more adult guests, we can set up the sofa bed in the living room and another queen size bed in the open room by the apartment entrance (separate from the living room) so each can enjoy some privacy . Keep in mind that although our family lives upstairs, you wont have to interact with us directly unless you need anything from us. *Non smoking apartment.l Guests have access to the whole apartment. Note that this apartment is an independent unit occupied by only you and your friends or family. Access to the apartment is through the garden gate by the fountain, down a few wide steps (3 to be exact) to your left is the apartment door. *Non smoking apartment. We’re always available via text, phone call and one floor up most of the time! Home is located in a tree lined street of beautiful Victorian homes dating from the late 1800s to early 1900s. We are in a very safe and quiet residential neighborhood a few miles from the city . *Non smoking apartment. Buses to New York City are within a short walking distance. If you’re driving in, keep in mind that traffic is heavy during rush hour.. *Non smoking apartment. Please note that usual checking time is 3pm and check out is at noon to allow for enough time to clean and prepare the space for the next guest. However, if the apartment is vacant on the night before your arrival you could check in at an earlier time, same for checking out. Keep in mind that although the house has been fully renovated so you can enjoy all the comfort of a modern home, the plumbing is that of a house built over a century ago.
