Lovely quiet hideaway suite

Must be COVID vaxxed. 30 miles to Stowe, 15 miles to Bolton Valley, 5 miles to downtown Burlington, 5 miles to airport. Private 3 room suite, at basement level, oversized tile shower, 2 bedrooms, the second bedroom separated with pocket doors , and a cozy den. Roku for free streaming offers. Wifi . Suite recently renovated includes a small fridge, microwave, toaster oven and dinette. Is 1 mile from outlet stores, brewery and Cinema. Walk to pubs, and several ethic eateries . Walk to bus Amtrak Outside seating just outside entrance. Bedrooms, bathroom, den/living room. You must go through master bedroom to access bathroom. Host lives upstairs Lovely neighborhood with many original homes on a heavily wooded street. Walking distance to City bus line which shares space with Amtrak station Stairs are steep but has handrails on both sides. Not handicap /elder friendly. I’m not able to accept early check in or late check out due to the extensive COVID cleaning. I also will add on $50 per unregistered guests, and reserve the right to ask them to vacate the premises. This is not a “party” house.
