Not a hotel, not a luxury 5 star apartment. Before checkout you are ABSOLUTELY EXPECTED TO CLEAN THE UNIT ENTIRELY, floors, laundry, surfaces, dishes, etc. ZERO CLEANING should be needed upon checkout. You will probably receive a cleaning fee charge and a negative review if you do not leave my space clean and ready for the next guest. If this worries you, please do not reserve my space. This unit has amenities and is cleaned to the owners satisfaction. Not your satisfaction, but my satisfaction, that could be a bit difference based on an individuals sensitivity levels. Guests have various sensitivities as to how clean the unit should be or what amenities should be available. The unit is offered in the condition that is perceived more than satisfactory by the owner. What you pay, is what you get, NO REFUNDS I do not offer courtesy walk through a for people that just want to see the place. Why? Because if you complain about something or still doesn’t change the fact that “what you see is what you get” I let the reviews speak form themselves, many guests are satisfied with my space, and some aren’t, hence I don’t have a 4 star or 5 star rating.
