Private Guest House at Whispering Oaks

Newly listed private second floor guesthouse with separate bedroom/ Queen bed and pull out couch in living room. Bedroom/bath and living area is air conditioned. Guesthouse can sleep 4. Two miles to Grove City College and the Prime Outlet Mall. Near Restaurants and great shopping! Beautiful country setting. Wonderful place to stay. Private driveway back to guesthouse. Very nice deck to view the property from. First floor is a partial garage and rarely used workshop which is kept locked. Guests staying will be the only people in the guest house. Our home, Whispering Oaks and our guesthouse sit on 19 acres. Very private. I am a gardener and have 5 chickens! Very quiet and private with lots of wildlife to see. Guests must climb a flight of stairs to reach the interior living space.
