Perfect get away! Very quiet! Located on the outskirts of old town, Palatka. Near St Johns River. Well known for bass fishing and shrimping (my favorite). Great location for Bike Week!  Race Week!  Centrally Located!  Within an hour from Daytona, Gainesville and Jacksonville. 30 minutes from St Augustine and Orlando an hour and a half.   Whether your here visiting family and friends, fishing, working or just relaxing. This is a perfect little get away. Quaint 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath SinglewideTrailer, fully furnished with 1 queen bed and 1 twin bed. Sheets, towels, microwave, toaster, coffee pot provided along with coffee, cream and sugar. Cable TV, internet. Small deck on the front with a small table and chairs to enjoy your coffee and such. Enjoy your privacy with the usage of the entire home. I live 5 minutes away. Please call or text if needed. If I'm in the area I will stop by to say hello sometimes. I enjoy meeting my guests. Don’t hesitate if you need anything. My place is set up like a small trailer park. 5 singlewide trailers on private property. 3 of them are my Airbnb’s. Working on the fourth. Hidden off the main road. Very Quiet! Great location for Bikers. Walking distance from the famous Cheyenne Saloon. Fishermen, the closest boat ramp is less than a mile. Plenty of room to park your truck and boat or trailer your bike.
