I’ve been welcoming guests for > 15 years & w/AirBnB > 5 years. Very clean--COVID-19 respectful, practice CDC hygiene guidelines. Private bedroom w/Queen bed. Shared full bath, full kitchen use, 32" SmarTV in bedroom (DirecTV with Netflix, Amazon, HBOMax & DVR), Washer & Dryer, 3-person Spa, Freezer & BBQ. Laundry supplies & TP provided. Firestick on all TVs . Quiet & safe neighborhood—many people walk in the neighborhood. Easy access to freeway. Full use of the house; you really don't need to bring anything but yourself and your clothes. Commute time (in minutes): BWI (9), AMTRAK & MARC (15) and walking distance to UMBC bus. Firestick on all TVs. Cypher lock on door so no keys! Whenever we're all there or I can leave you on your own, whatever is your preference. Quiet, close to public transport, hospitals & shopping. It's a walking neighborhood so you'll see joggers, people strolling and walking their dogs. Giant grocery store across the street, Take-out Chinese, Take-out/Dine-in Pizza, Subway, and liquor store. Weis grocery store down the street with other places to Take-out/Dine-in. Coming in late 2021: Five Guys & Wingstop Commute time (in minutes): BWI (9), AMTRAK & MARC (15) and walking distance to UMBC bus and Baltimore City bus. Located right off of I-695 & Interstate 95. Cypher lock (set to last four of your mobile #) on house-no keys to keep up with or lose. Deck has motorized awning & outlets to sit out under and enjoy the weather while on your laptop. Food permitted in the kitchen only. There's a cabinet if you wish to keep some food segregated. Use whatever space you can find in the refrigerator. Upright freezer in the basement. I provide TP and Laundry Soap. No shoes in the house, single-stream recycle (bins on deck). Be respectful of my home/things & I will do likewise. No smoking, drugs, pets or weapons, i.e. guns. Three-person spa with plenty of jets can go up to 104 (takes 30 minutes+ to increase temp).
