Relax in Downingtown II: Cozy & Convenient

Our home is in the heart of Downingtown, home of Victory Brewery. We arewalking distance to train station, restaurants and parks. Fifteen minute drive to West Chester. Easy access to highway. Guests are welcome to use our kitchen and enjoy the brick patio, deck, gardens and fire pit. Guests will have access to the backyard, laundry room, kitchen and living room area We will greet our guests and be available for any questions or help they may need. Our location is convenient to shopping, restaurants, United Sports Center, Victory Brewing and the train station which takes you directly into historic Philadelphia. We are also a 10 -15 minute drive to the charming college town of West Chester filled with colonial charm, quaint shops and a plethora of restaurants. A short drive and there are rolling hills with grazing horses and cows. We are a 5 minute walk to the train station. There is ample parking on the street with easy access to the highway and main roads Guests will have access to the kitchen to prepare food but we ask that they eat any prepared food, whether it’s take out or prepared by them, in our kitchen or out on the patio, NOT in the bedroom.
