Huge Master Bedroom in quiet area.
There's a king-size bed in the master bedroom, with a completely private bathroom - double sink, shower stall , toilet, and huge Roman tub. Gargantuan walk-in closet. NOTE: The queen bed is no longer available. NOTE: No one under 18 will be allowed as a guest Walking distance to Whole Foods, Richard's Pour House (gourmet coffee house), D-Donuts, S-bucks, Devon Horse Show, Acme (food market), Target, Dan Dan (upscale Chinese restaurant). The master bedroom is exceptionally large with an enormous walk-in closet and its own private, double-sink bathroom. There is a shower stall and a huge Roman bathtub. A desk and a TV is provided. There is a nightstand and a bureau for your use. All linens, blankets, bath towels are provided. Please bring your own toiletries,. You'll have access to the kitchen for coffee or microwaved meals. There's a Whole Foods and Acme Market within walking distance where you can purchase meals to eat in dining area or on the deck if the weather permits. I no longer allow actual cooking. There is a comfortable chair with a foot rest so that you may comfortably work on your laptop in the bedroom, as well as a desk. I've also provided power-surge extensions. Please note: Lost or unreturned keys will incur a $25 fee. I work out of my house, so I'll be here throughout most of your stay. You're a guest in my home, and I enjoy interacting with my guests if appropriate. The area is very quiet, and the trees add to the sense of privacy. If you have a car, it's very easy to get around. There is a public bus that can take you/link you to virtually anywhere in the entire Philadelphia area. The top 10 best places to live in Pennsylvania are: 1. Chesterbrook 2. Penn Wynne 3. Ardmore 4. Berwyn 5. Swarthmore 6. Lemont 7. Mount Lebanon Township 8. Boalsburg 9. Houserville 10. Devon Numbers 1, 2, 3, & 4 are all very close to Devon, and #'s 1 & 4 are adjacent to Devon. Walking distance to the train into Philadelphia (about 30 minutes), Dunkin' Donuts, Starbucks, restaurants, and Whole Foods. Close to King of Prussia Shopping Center, Valley Forge Park, Valley Forge Casino, shops, more restaurants, Trader Joe's. Local cabs are easily available, as well as Uber. I am about 2 blocks from the Devon Horse Show grounds, and a 5-minute walk to the railroad station for trains into Philadelphia. There are 2 grocery stores within walking distance, as well as Starbucks, Dunkin' Donuts, a gourmet coffee shop, Wawa convenience store, and a shopping center with a fine, sit-down Chinese restaurant. There are also many take-out possibilities in the area (I have menus). I provide a list of area restaurants. King of Prussia with a Wegman's (grocery) and fine restaurants is about 3 miles.
