The Little House In Noblesville

Welcome to our cozy home in "old-town" Noblesville, the neighborhood is friendly and is easy to get to. There are 2 off-street parking spots directly in front of the house. We are within a mile to the downtown Noblesville square with several shops and restaurants. Noblesville High School is less than a mile away. 15 min. to Deer Creek (Ruoff) Music Center & Hamilton Town Center & 20 min to Grand Park, Westfield. It's about a (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) minute drive to Downtown Indpls. Our cozy space (450 sq ft) consists of a living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a new fridge, electric stove/oven, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. The bedroom has a luxurious queen-size mattress. There is a "fireplace" electric heater that can be enjoyed in the living area or bedroom. There is a love seat/twin sofa sleeper in the living room area. Complimentary Netflix plus lots of other choices on the smart TV. Guests are welcome to use any and all amenities - relax and make yourself "at home." There are towels and toiletries for use, as well as a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. Also available for use is a stackable washer and dryer (laundry detergent provided). Any and all kitchen items are there for your use. We happily supply organic coffee and tea. We are just a phone call away if there are any questions or needs. We do respect our guest's privacy and would only be on the property if needed/requested. On a tucked away street in old-town Noblesville, the area is full of friendly folks and easy to commute streets. Less than a mile to downtown Noblesville shops and restaurants, about 15 min to Deer Creek (Ruoff) Music Center, and only 20 min to Grand Park Sports, you'll find there's a lot to do in such a short distance. For those wanting to hit the big city (Indpls.), we're just 45 min north of Downtown; Monument Circle and other attractions such as The Children's Museum, Lucas Oil Stadium, White River State Park, Bankers Life Field House, and so much more!
