Three large windows let in lots of natural light and sunshine. The kitchen has been brought up to date with new cabinets topped with a fir slab countertop and gas stove. This room is perfect for one or two people looking for some space and comfort whether you are in town for business a wedding or just for fun. I am respectful of your space and privacy. This once booming logging community is now known for its huge number of antique stores. Its location being exactly in between Seattle and Portland makes for a perfect stop for travel and business. The Amtrak station (one of a handful still in use along this route) is a short walk away. The best way to get around our little downtown is walking. There are several shops, restaurants of many type, coffee shops, book stores, art gallery, and even a cozy beer and burger movie theater all within walking distance of each other. Please be aware, being downtown on the main drag this room is subject to traffic noise, street lights and train noise mostly durring daytime hours. Ear plugs are provided for your convenience.
