Join neighbors at the pier for fishing or a nice conversation with the locals. Walking distance from grocery, dollar stores, downtown and the boat launch. This adorable studio has solid block exterior walls that is safe in all weather conditions. Recently completely remodeled. The studio has a queen bed, table for 2 with love seat and Smart television. It has a separate kitchen with stove, microwave and refrigerator. The bathroom has a walk in shower with vanity. Take a stroll through the community and see our tropical plants unless you prefer lounging on the pier for an evening sunset or star gazing. Watch the space station activities and have a cocktail. Bring a pole and use the fish cleaning station for your fresh catch of the day. Weekends you’ll often find a group hanging at the community fire pit, between the two fishing docks. Don’t be shy! For those guests with dogs, take your dog to city dog park just north of our community for an enjoyable run. Walk into town to 3 Bananas, authentic Mexican, pizza or the diner. Earl will greet you if requested. He is the community manager and lives at site 11. If you walk around the community you’ll meet the neighbors and may meet Tom and Tammy working on projects too! The neighborhood is an established adult community of tiny homes and manufactured units. No children. Numerous veterans and long-term residents will be around. Everyone is friendly and will be happy to share a bit of history about the neighborhood. There is a pet goose named waddles. Walking distance to grocery, dollar store, fast food and restaurants. Dog park to the north. Downtown to the south. Golf cart community as well. Biking and hiking trails nearby. Swimming is not recommended in the lake. Wifi throughout Unit- TV also wifi enabled.
