Please tie up your garbage daily and leave in the back porch for disposal. If you have allergies please advise the host as this bnb has down feathered pillows and duvet. I use Tide laundry soap. We provide driveway parking for 1 car and you will receive a designated parking space once booked. Lock your car at all times.please ensure your back car bumper is off the sidewalk or you could get a ticket. Good communication with the host is very important. Please note there are pets at this home. You will not have access to our pets. The dogs occasionally bark. We do have friendly resident cats that like to say hello. If you have allergy to cats then book elsewhere as I cannot guarantee you won’t see my cat outside
