We are an easy 15 minute drive to Clemson, less than 5 miles to SWU and 7 miles to Duke Energy. Smart location for the mountains & lakes, visiting colleges, and graduation. Tiger tailgate space available for an additional fee. Hikes, waterfalls and Lake Hartwell are nearby, as well. We have friendly dogs that are fenced or in our home. Come enjoy town & country living at its finest! 440 sq ft spacious studio setting in quiet country neighborhood. Newly added split heating and cooling system provides year round comfort. Large sectional can sleep two in addition to traditional queen. L-shaped counter provide great space—with kitchen sink, microwave, small fridge and Keurig—for laying out snacks and preparing a simple meal. “The Wherehouse” - a bonus, carpeted private recreation space is also available fitted with ping pong, darts, and tv on the first floor—is unheated during colder months. We live on the property and you may see us in and out of the house as there is a shared driveway. Feel free to say hello and ask any questions. We are happy to interact with you as much as you like. Mill Creek is situated between Six Mile and Central SC and 1/4 mile from the Twelve Mile River—white water and flat water paddling. Shared by 15 custom homes on 3-4 acre lots, Mill Creek is private yet still neighborly. Enjoy star gazing and a stroll through the neighborhood. Traditionally by auto but only 10 minutes from Central and 15 from Clemson, guests easily can use a rideshare i.e. UBER or LYFT Ironing Board under bed & iron under bathroom sink
