PITCH a TENT in quiet backyard, or Garage,..OR CAR CAMP in Your Vehicle in Garage. Garage Height is 8'5" * lights & 120a outlets. *1-4 people *Small wood Table to cook/ and eat on *Bkfast snack and Coffee or tea included=)) *Kickback chairs * Wifi *shared/or Private firepit *Outdoor hose/Wash bucket basin for dishes, shaving, etc. *Outdoor porta potty * Dog Friendly space, 2 dogs Max w/$5 ea per night. **Quiet hrs. 11:00p.m.-8:30a.m. for respect to all guests **Tent/Air mattress rental **This is BEAR COUNTRY. PLEASE keep ALL FOOD items SECURED in your VEHICLE at night, and clean off food from picnic bench and other tables you use. NO food in your tent at night. Must have license **PRAIRIE CREEK REDWOODS National Park- 9 miles South, Exit 765-(scenic drive) Great trails in there!! *TRINITY STATE BEACH just 40 min drive. * TREES OF MYSTERY - 1/2 mile north of me on 101 hwy *JETBOAT TOURS around Klamath river,and to the ocean- 2hrs, and lots of fun!! JEDIDIAH STATE PARK- Some really great trails(40 min drive from house) *CRESCENT CITY 25 min North- lots of great restaurants and beaches! *Klamath Overlook-We're right where the river meets the Ocean. Also nearby- ELK, Blackberries you can pick (end of summer), WHALES in winter, Seals, sea lions, and other Wildlife. *House is right at the 101 HWY. *Next door to Renner gas station and Woodland Villas mini mart. (Store and take out next door closes by 5:30pm) *Pem Mei Fuel and mart- 3.7 miles South of house is open 'til 8pm.. Chesters chicken and Jojo's there! Plus a lot of other goodies...Must wear mask inside store. *Minutes away from 2 Beautiful beaches with Easy access to parking ,sand, and sunsets!! **TAKE PHOTOS OF CHECK-IN INTRUCTIONS BEFORE YOU COME! There's NO WIFI along the road BETWEEN TOWNS once you enter the 🌲🌲🌲 areas. ** Wifi does not connect in Garages, only in backyard *BYO firewood *Tent/Air mattress rental $10 **This is BEAR COUNTRY! Lock up Food items in your Vehicle at night. * PLEASE Do Not leave food out around firepit areas. *Tie FOOD TRASH in a bag, and leave in garage at check-out, or toss in the GREY BIN. *NO Large bags of Travel trash *Recyclables:Blue Bin *Backyard grill is available. You need to clean it or a $10 fee will be added *$5 for briquets **Limited Shower availability, But Outside HOSE always available. *PUPS welcome (2 max)-$5 fee ea.
