Alpine Spa Vacation Home in Bear Valley, CA

This home delivers a true Alpine experience with new top of the line spa and infrared sauna- the only home in Bear Valley with both a hot tub and a sauna! The open floor plan connects the kitchen, living room and dining area. The open living area includes a flat screen TV, a highly efficient wood burning stove, new over-sized couch and Birch Wood Dining Table. A three minute walk to the Bear Valley Lodge, this is one of the closest properties to the village center- we look forward to your stay! The home is also backed up by a propane powered generator- should power be lost for any reason, the generator automatically starts and provides electricity to fully power the home, sauna, hot tub and central, forced air, heating. Guests have access to the beautiful Bear Lake, a 5 minute walk as well as a BBQ and fire pit at the lake and to the swimming pool in Summer at the lodge One key point: if you are with a group that is not sure about their schedule, may cancel or try to rebook based on "too much snow" or "not enough snow" or any weather dependencies, please book something else or the Bear Valley Lodge as they are used to cancellations- I am a family guy that goes out of his way to make your stay as memorable/ positive as possible and do not have the time or energy for cancellations or last minute changes to reservations- - thank you for your understanding on that point. Snowmobiles are available for rent at Bear Valley Snow Mobiles. Please be aware that there is a lock on the Spa/ Hot Tub cover so that it does not move when open. Please move that hinge/ lock back to open before trying to shut the hot tub or the locking mechanism will be damaged. Bear Valley is a car free village in Winter- keep in mind that you will need to walk in, I can help you organize a ride in, or rent a snowmobile in Winter.
