Cool vibe, relaxing in great neighborhood. Walking distance to bars and restaurants in the Park and only 10-15 minutes to Midtown and Downtown Detroit. Minutes to Belle Isle, Eastern Market, and waterfront. I am in the restaurant biz, so I can steer you in any direction to all Detroit has to offer. I know Detroit like the back of my hand and can point out all the cool spots to hit. This is an upper unit of a two unit duplex. All new bedroom and living room furniture. You will sleep on a Lull mattress, it's sooo comfortable. The sofa sleeper is made by Joybird and the mattress is comfy, unlike your typical sofa bed. Nice outdoor space off of the kitchen in peaceful neighborhood helps you unwind. If I am around I am always willing to chat about the D. If I have time in my crazy schedule I have been known to show people around. You will always get a quick response from me. Grosse Pointe Park has cool restaurants and bars, only a mile to waterfront. Easy access to SMART and DDOT bus routes and Uber and Lyft drivers are quick to arrive.
