This beautiful 3 bedroom home is nestled in a peaceful Glendale neighborhood next to the Milwaukee River, yet it is only a 13 minute drive to downtown Milwaukee. The large yard is relaxing and full of trees, and has a rainbow play set. It is the perfect stay for a couple or families. The home is 80 years old and full of charm, but that also means that there are some creaky floors, door knobs, and outdated features. Many updates have been made and more are in progress. It's our primary residence. Guests are welcome in all indoor and outdoor spaces - which includes the living room, dining room, sun room, kitchen, dinette, 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, and laundry room. The front and back yard (.66 acres) with the rainbow play set. All areas of the home are accessible by the guests with the exception of both the office and a portion of the basement that is locked. We are very available to get you settled in, and answer questions via text or phone call, or in person depending on your preference. Less than a mile from several grocery stores, and plenty of shopping and restaurants at Bayshore mall. 12 minutes from downtown Milwaukee. Located 12 minutes north of downtown Milwaukee. There is plenty of parking in the spacious drive way (room for up to 7 cars) and the attached garage can fit another two cars. Driving is best, but it is close enough to downtown that taxi/Uber isn’t too expensive, and the bus route is near.
