It is an old home in an older neighborhood that is beginning to see a comeback. We are a phone call away if you need anything. Private entrance to apartment. Guests and travel nurses will have access to private apartment, but shared access to washer and dryer. Fully furnished for the perfect stay. Kitchen includes dishwasher, oven/stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. Stocked kitchen and bathroom. Smart TV/internet(no cable or satellite). Large porch and shared gazebo to enjoy nice weather. The apartment includes a bathroom, kitchen, butler's pantry/dining room, and two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a king size bed, dresser and sitting area with pedestal table. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, dresser, and sitting area with small table. We provide a dumpster in the alley behind the house for trash disposal. ABSOLUTELY NO parties or unregistered guests. No children under the age of 13. You will have the downstairs of the house accessible through the side door by the driveway. There is one locked closet in the downstairs in which we store our supplies. We own several properties in the neighborhood and live nearby. We are just a phone call or text away. There are several historic churches and other landmarks within walking distance. Just blocks from Wadley Hospital and UAMS. McDonald's restaurant is one block away. Nicer restaurants and entertainment district are 3 blocks over and 5 blocks down.
