The apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen (set of four), BBQ, outside deck, laundry and linens. The queen size bed sleeps two comfortably, and the fold-out couch for the other two people. During the winter head into Ellicottville for some skiing or snowboarding at Holiday Valley. Ellicottville has all the necessary amenities including a grocer and butcher, liquor store, gas station and numerous restaurants and bars. During the summer, the cottage is located close to Allegany State Park and Rock City Park for hiking, Griffis Sculpture Park, mountain biking, golfing, antiquing, trail riding, hot air ballooning and festivals.
