There is an option to take your car over. If not, golf carts are available for rent. 8 bikes are at the house for use by the guests. house located on the back shore , about a mile if you cut through the middle of the island. The ferry is 15 minutes and is located in the Old Port of Portland. There are tons of shops, restaurants all along cobblestone roads. You will be able to use the pool and all parts of the house. The bunker is not useable. It is a short boat ride over to the hip, downtown Portland. There is an island taxi. There are bikes to rent and also golf carts. The walk to the front is 15 minutes. The ferry drops you off in the Old Port where everything is accessible by foot. The house sits up high on top of a bunker about 40ft, with a wrap around porch and a pool in the backyard that is enclosed with a fence. Children will need parent supervision. Guests will be rquired to sign a Rental Agreement with Host.
