Silver Lining Retreat 🌤🏝FAST WiFi-45min to beach

Try out simple living!! This highly refurbished travel trailer has been given new life. After extensive remodeling it is ready to be enjoyed by Airbnb guests. Only 45 minutes to the beach, wake up to fresh coffee in the morning while you enjoy your favorite Netflix series from the comfort of your bedroom on your Visio 32 inch smart tv (or login to other services like Hulu or Disney+ w/your own account) Your kids could also watch a DVD from Redbox in the small Samsung TV in the living room. Ample room for 2 vehicles here in front of your lodging and you have complete privacy to use the entire space for just you and your guests. This is not a campground, it’s located in a manufactured home/mobile home park. (*note about MH park... I actually know 2 immediate neighbors personally, and they are good people.... there is also an older lady that use to manage the park 2 homes down from this RV that keeps an eye on everything... it’s a safe area that people will leave you alone and let you have your privacy....) If you are expecting a 5 star resort experience for the price you’re paying for this lodging please book elsewhere. I offer affordable lodging for families that helps everyone be able take their families to destinations that normally cost much more to experience. We suggest 2 adults and NO MORE than 3 kids...... the RV queen bed can handle any adult (not comfortable over 6’3”)... the single beds are only 6 ft long.... and it has a jack knife sofa that can sleep another kid comfortably... Everything is available to be used by guests here. I’m easily available by the airbnb app from 8am - 11pm typically, if busy I always have a cohost that can also respond or help out with questions or issues. TOM Thumb gas station - 2 minutes Pic & Save Grocery store - 4 minutes McDonalds - 4 minutes Dollar tree - 5 minutes Flex Fitness Gym - 6 minutes (they do short term guests) Walmart- 11 minutes Eglin AFB - 30 min Hurlburt field - 44 minutes ☀️Destin beaches - 45 minutes ☀️Okaloosa Island Boardwalk Beach - 45 min ✈️ PNS Pensacola airport - 52 min Highly recommend a vehicle. Even though we are pet friendly we do require a $49 pet fee per animal, per 30 day period. If your animal is approved by us. This will all be paid for through the Airbnb system... animals are expected to be on a leash at all times if outside and if left in the place alone they must be in a kennel. If your animal will be barking the entire time are gone then it is not allowed because we do have close neighbors that will be interrupted from them. The exact location of the lodging does not match up with the address just right please copy and paste these GPS coordinates to take you directly to the grass driveway next to you lodging - (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) - we also require that people read the house manual once you book just so you know all of the details of the location. This airbnb lodging is in a mobile home park of about 14 homes, some of the mobile homes are older and have worn paint jobs, it is a safe neighborhood. This is not a large RV, if you are over 6’2” or over 275 pounds you might have difficulty using the bathroom toilet or shower facilities…. Fifth Wheel RV’s are best for those who want high ceilings and more room in the bathroom….
