The cutest among my bedrooms. A full bed along with shared bathroom right next to this bedroom. Room comes with a closet space and Tv that can be connected to a device. Mini refrigerator in the closet.The second floor is generally a shared space among guests, excluding your private room of course :) I share my kitchen and laundry with the guests and I provide free coffee and tea. Guests have access to the kitchen, dining room, and laundry room. However, my lab, which is behind the kitchen and the garage, is off-limits. Text me anytime. Or ask to me in person when I’m stay home. There is a lake within the neighborhood down the street, it is called the Walnut grove lake. There is a Hope Church across the street from the house subdivision. I live 11 minutes away from Shelby farms park, which is best for bike rides, walks, and kayaking. There are many restaurants nearby. Commissary*, bbq shop, and one & only bbq are very close by. The hub is a very good coffee shop 10 minutes away. Lots of popular dessert shops nearby. I live 20 minutes from the Wolf chase mall. Use outdoor trash can for Big trash. We do recycling. Park far away from the mailbox. I will be working around the first floor all day, so I will most likely be busy and ask to not be bothered unless it is important. There may be noise from my lab during the day but it is not as disruptive. I also have a friendly cats.
