Casual and pet-friendly Florida home that accommodates one guest for an average of $37 per week night and $52 for two guests. We practice social distancing. I have a great patio with a fire pit and a gas grill to use. Not far from multiple restaurants and gyms, shopping, a new dog park and more. Just 14 miles from downtown Tampa. Longer stays welcome. Pets welcome, but no puppies. I'm too old for that! lol And I have a big one! I am a water miser of sorts. I favor short showers and full loads of laundry, so as not to waste a finite resource. We recycle! My husband is occasionally home for a long weekend. All common areas. We are practicing social distancing here, so there is limited interaction. I live in your typical middle class suburban neighborhood close to tons of city amenities. There is a transit stop just outside my neighborhood. There is a park and ride lot there. You can catch a bus to the Brandon Mall and from there, get to downtown Tampa or even to Pinellas County. Community pool and tennis courts. Also, a small playground. A Few House Rules" Don’t burn down the house. Don’t kick my dogs. Eat drippy food at the table.... It's a nice table. Don't leave food-related trash in the bedroom, including soda bottles. Nobody likes bugs and this IS Florida! There are several waste baskets around the house: the toilet is not one of them. Do not use wet wipes and flush them. Always lock the door and the slider. I am a water mizer. Please limit shower time and only wash full loads once a week. It is my house and I occasionally have guests over for dinner or conversation. And my husband is occasionally here for a long weekend. If you check out late without prior agreement with me, the host, you will be charged for another day. Nothing personal.
